Teams for Winter 23/24:
We are entering three teams into the senior leagues this year:
1. Hurricanes South Region Team Division 3 (Matches will be Sunday mornings - Home Games 10:00 start at Oxford Brookes)
2. Ice Prem-Plus ONL (Matches at Cheney School on Tuesday Evenings 7pm or 8:30pm)
3. Lightning Prem Division ONL (Matches Monday Evenings at St Helens & St Katherines Sch, Abingdon 7pm or 8:30pm).
Senior Pre-Season Training Sessions (All senior players and those wishing to join the club please attend)
Wed 16th August - Location: The Swan School, Marston Ferry Road, Oxford OX2 7WP **7:30pm-9pm**
Wed 23rd August – Location: The Swan School, Marston Ferry Road, Oxford OX2 7WP **7:30pm-9pm**
Senior Trials (Lightning and Ice and any players new to the club unless been instructed otherwise)

Wed 6th September - Location Rye St Antony School, Franklin Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 7SA – Gate Code 4385 **8-10pm**
Please note that Hurricanes team members will be training/trialing as follows:
Wed 30th August & 6th September – Location: Headington Girls School, Headley Way, Headington OX3 0BL
All Teams will be announced between the 9-10th September
Winter Training (after Preseason and Trials)
Hurricanes – Training will be held at Headington Girls School 8-10pm the Wednesday before a SR Match, all other weeks at Rye St Antony.
Ice & Lightning - Training will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings from 8-9:30/10pm at Rye St Antony School.
Winter 23/24 Registration Forms:
Please complete the registration form for the 23/24 season. Please make sure you select the correct Google Form depending on whether you are an 18 and Over Senior Player or an Under 18 Senior Player. It is a long form but everything is in one electronic document now. This includes trials info, codes of conduct, Covid information and more so please do make sure that you complete it all.

If you have any questions please let us know, otherwise we look forward to your responses. We need this information for trials so please can you complete this Google Registration Form by the ASAP at the very latest.
Abbey Club Fees:
After holding the Annual Fees for 2 years, we are having to pass on the increased Sports Hall costs etc. Please can you arrange for your fees to be paid into the club account with YOUR FULL NAME as the payment reference.
Seniors Club Fee £150
Students and U18's Club Fee £130
****Please note that each of our Senior teams compete in different leagues and therefore have different Match Fees so this will be collected at a later date once the teams are confirmed.*****
Please pay the full amount of club fees at the start of the season and no later than 9th September.
If this will be difficult for you, please talk to the Chair (Jo Davies) or Secretary (Charlotte Barlow) about an alternative plan (via the Abbey Email). Please note that fees are non-refundable except in the event of a serious (season-ending) injury, or pregnancy. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
If you are no longer a playing member but umpiring/coaching etc, you will still need to affiliate (but not pay the Abbey Fees)
